Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.

These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:

1. Country of origin of the purchased product

2. Local VAT rates

3. Local import taxes

It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

** Please note that any inspections & fees applied on imports to your country are beyond Party Wraps control.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products if the return is due to a personalisation error on our part. If for any reason you send us the wrong wording for the personalisation then we cannot refund, please ensure you double check your message to us before sending. The guarantee is valid from the day the order is made on our website and covers all customers.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal. We accept most credit cards via Paypal.

Do you offer large quantities of your products?

Yes! We sure do... contact us with larger orders.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship within 48 hours of payment and personalisation message being received. Transit time will vary depending on the shipping method and destination, but generally, your products will arrive in two to three business days. We only use Royal Mail First Business Class Post. 

What are your hours of operation? 

We work from 8.00 a.m. until all orders are processed for the previous day.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to some parts of the world.

What type of security do you use to safeguard personal information?

We do not hold any of your personal information except those passed onto us via the website to allow shipping. 

How will my product be packaged?

You will receive your order in a hard backed package or envelope. Depending on the size of your order we may send your wrappers or accessories out to you in alternate packaging.
